Il "da fortezza" mi piaceva pensarlo...
E' bello spesso e pesante, mancante di qualche parte.
Magari era portato al contrario.
Di che periodo è ?

Sembra un fregio d'artiglieria navale d'ispirazione francese... però non so dire se napoleonico (come parrebbe...), oppure successivo...

Dallo spessore e dai supporti laterali per l'attacco del fregio, direi fine 1700 / primi decenni 1800...
Ma non sono un grande esperto e, quindi, è meglio che attendiamo qualche altro parere illuminante...
